What we collect and why
This website has no contact form and no user accounts. We only receive personal data when you book an appointment online: your name, your contact details and your answers to the booking form. Google Analytics also collects the audience data described below.
We use this information only to arrange your appointment, provide care and issue your invoice. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
Online booking goes through our booking server, which records your appointment in the doctor's Google Calendar; Google then emails you the invitation. Your details (name, email, phone number, message, time slot) are therefore stored in the doctor's Google Calendar (Google Ireland Limited for the European Economic Area) and processed in accordance with Google's privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).
Our booking server does not keep your name, email address, phone number or message. Until 30 days after the date of the appointment, it only keeps the time slot, the type of appointment, the identifier of the Google Calendar event and a keyed hash (HMAC) of your email address, used to limit abuse.
To block automated bookings, the booking form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, an anti-robot check by Cloudflare, Inc. It only runs once you open the booking step, and receives your IP address and technical information about your browser, processed in accordance with Cloudflare's privacy policy (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy).
Please do not include any medical information when you book: it will be discussed during the consultation.
Medical confidentiality
Health information is protected by medical confidentiality and is only accessed by the doctor involved in your care. It is kept for as long as the law requires for medical records.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure the audience of this website: number of visits, pages viewed and buttons used (booking, directions…).
Google Analytics sets its own cookies (_ga, kept for 13 months at most) and receives the pages you view, the buttons you click, your language, browser and device type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address, which is anonymised and not stored. The data is processed by Google and may be transferred to the United States, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We use it only for audience statistics, not for advertising.
To object, install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) or block cookies for this website in your browser settings.
The booking window only contacts our booking server once you choose a type of appointment, to show the free time slots. The server uses your IP address only in memory, to limit booking attempts (3 an hour): it forgets it after an hour at most and never records it with the appointment. The window sets no cookie. If you use the link to our Google booking page instead, Google may set its own cookies there.
Fonts are served from our own server. The website is delivered through Cloudflare, a content delivery and protection service that receives your IP address with each request. In the Location section, your browser loads a map from OpenStreetMap, which also receives your IP address.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy of it. Some medical data must be kept by law and cannot be deleted on request.
To exercise your rights, write to simon_ohayon@hotmail.fr. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
